Il rispetto delle misure da Covid-19 limita fortemente l’ospitabilità presso CNC. Si rimanda al riguardo a quanto previsto da protocollo Fiv, già richiamato in premessa. In particolare si evidenzia quanto segue:

• Divieto di accesso in presenza di sintomi influenzali
• Obbligo di autocertificazione
• Rispetto delle misure igienico-sanitarie da Covid-19
• Svolgimento attività esclusivamente all’aperto e senza la presenza di pubblico
• Divieto di assembramento
• Distanza interpersonale / uso di mascherina
• Divieto di lasciare in alcun luogo oggetti, indumenti, etc.
• Vestizione e svestizione all’aperto
• Divieto di accesso in segreteria (per casi eccezionali servizio di sportello attraverso la finestra)
• Iscrizione, pagamento, trasmissione documenti, etc., per via telematica
• Impossibilità di svolgere eventi conviviali
Si evidenzia anche che sarà possibile accedere al circolo con barche, carrelli, e auto, per il solo tempo strettamente necessario ai fini delle operazioni di scarico / carico delle barche. Si evidenzia altresì che, quale ulteriore misura da Covid-19, per indisponibità delle aree di ristoro per bevande, gelati, e caffè, sono stati installati distributori automatici.

Compliance with the Covid-19 measures severely limits the hospitality at the CNC. In this regard, reference should be made to the provisions of the Fiv protocol, already referred to in the introduction. In particular, the following is highlighted:
• No entry in the presence of flu symptoms
• Obligation of self-certification
• Compliance with Covid-19 sanitation measures
• Carrying out activities exclusively outdoors and without the presence of the public
• Prohibition of gathering
• Interpersonal distance / use of a mask
• Prohibition to leave objects, clothing, etc. in any place.
• Dressing and undressing outdoors
• Prohibition of access to the secretariat (for exceptional cases, counter service through the window)
• Registration, payment, transmission of documents, etc., electronically
• Impossibility of carrying out convivial events
It should also be noted that it will be possible to access the club with boats, trolleys, and cars, only for the time strictly necessary for the purposes of unloading / loading the boats. It should also be noted that, as a further measure from Covid-19, vending machines have been installed due to the unavailability of refreshment areas for drinks, ice cream and coffee.

RESPONSABILITA’
Accetto il Regolamento di Regata W.S..in vigore, ed alle altre regole e regolamenti che disciplinano questa manifestazione. Dichiaro di assumere personale responsabilità sulle qualità marine della mia imbarcazione, sull'equipaggiamento e sulle dotazioni di sicurezza.
Il/la Sottoscritto/a dichiara esplicitamente di assumere a proprio carico ogni e qualsiasi responsabilità per danni che dovessero derivare a persone o a cose di terzi, a me stesso/a o alle mie cose sia in acqua che a terra in conseguenza della partecipazione alla Regata alla quale con il presente Modulo mi iscrivo sollevando da ogni responsabilità il Circolo Organizzatore e tutti coloro che concorrono nell'organizzazione sotto qualsiasi titolo.
Sono a conoscenza della Regola Fondamentale 4 della W.S.: "La responsabilità della decisione di una barca di partecipare a una regata o di rimanere in regata è solo sua".
Dichiaro di essere in possesso di copertura assicurativa RC per danni a terzi secondo quanto previsto nella Normativa Generale FIV per l’attività velico sportiva in vigore in Italia.
Dichiaro di essere informato, ai sensi e per gli effetti di cui all’;art. 23 Art. 23 D.Lgs. 196/03 e Regolamento UE n. 679/2016 GDPR, che i dati personali raccolti saranno trattati, anche con strumenti informatici, esclusivamente nell’ambito del procedimento per il quale il presente modulo viene compilato.
Concedo pieno diritto e permesso all’Ente Organizzatore di pubblicare e/o trasmettere tramite qualsiasi mezzo mediatico, ogni fotografia o ripresa filmata realizzate durante l’evento, inclusi ma non limitati a, spot pubblicitari televisivi e tutto quanto possa essere usato per i propri scopi editoriali o pubblicitari o per informazioni stampate.

DISCLAIMER:
I agree to submit to the W.S. Race Rules in force, and to the other rules and regulations governing this event. I declare to take personal responsibility on the marine qualities of my boat, on the equipment and on the safety equipment.
The undersigned explicitly decides to assume responsibility for any damages that may arise to persons or things of third parties, to myself / to my things both in water and on land as a result of participation in the Regatta to the which with the present form I register, relieving the Organizing Club from all responsibility and all those who contribute in the organization under any title.
I am aware of the Basic Rule 4 of the W .: "The responsibility of the decision of a boat to participate in a race or to remain in the race is his own".
I declare that I am in possession of a third party liability insurance coverage for damages to third parties as provided for in the General FIV Regulations for the sport sailing activity in force in Italy.
I declare to be informed, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 23 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 and UE Regulation nr. 679/2016 GDPR, that personal data collected will be processed, even with IT tools, exclusively in the context of the procedure for which this form is completed.
I fully grant and allow the Organizing Body to publish and / or transmit through any media, any photograph or video footage made during the event, including but not limited to, television commercials and anything that may be used for their own purposes. editorial or advertising or for printed information.
